Step 1. Chat4Support Database Installation Uncompress Chat4Support installation package to get "Chat4Support Server Edition" folder and enter the folder，Then find "Database" folder and "Step 1. Chat4Support Database Installation.exe" application program. You must copy the "Database" folder in Chat4Support installation package and this installation program to the SQL Server machine. If you have purchased Chat4Support Server Edition, please copy the "Server.lic" file to the folder of the installation program that is located in the SQL Server machine.
Double click and run "Step 1. Chat4Support Database Installation.exe" on SQL Server machine，Then complete the installations step by step.
