2. New Windows User

Create a new Windows user for the Web Admin Console:

* Open Windows "Computer Management". That is, click"Start" --> "Administrative Tools" --> "Computer Management"
* In the "Computer Management" , select "System Tools" --> "Local Users and Groups" --> "Users".Then right-click menu, select "New User ...".

After a New User is created, then change the user attributes "Member Of" IIS_IUSRS or IIS_WPG, delete other user groups.
